I was driving through Ohio when stopped and ticketed for speeding. Being from out of state I could not represent myself and if I had I probably would not have achieved the results Ms. Burden delivered. She got my ticket reduced to a no points infraction.

BAD NEWS BOSS Not a good experience. Stay away from partner MB in Toledo Office. He will jump into cases of other attorney's in the firm and cause chaos and disruption. He's also unethical as he then refuses to honor retainer agreement and proceeds to complete work we specifically left out of retainer which firm was not hired to complete. As I was interviewing new trustees I heard of clients and financial industry professionals who had same experience with Boss. He over road my retainer agreement with Wildman stating, 'this is what we're doing it doesn't matter what is in the retainer. If you don't like the course of action than you can discharge the firm'. Wildman was unable to perform her duties without Boss' continued oversight although it wasn't necessary. Sum total - Boss screwed up, approved things in court hearing going directly against wishes and without my consent and then caused a much bigger problem years later. A nearly $1.5m problem because he agreed to annual accountings by trustee that weren't correct and that I specifically said to not agree to. He did this without my understanding during the court hearing even after we discussed the situation the day before the hearing and I stated that we needed a full accounting by a forensic accountant. Boss is bad news. Wildman-unsure because once Boss forced himself into all, she kowtowed like a lacky.

Kayleigh Burden did everything possible too get me through a difficult year and I came out a winner ... She got me more than I expected as well as she is very caring , attentive and kind ... Debra Klueter ...
