Aaron not only helped me with the legal aspects of the unwanted divorce, but also supported my emotional needs with advice to get counseling, work on boundaries and self esteem, and gave insights based upon his work and personal life experiences with divorce. Laughter is the best medicine for getting through something like this, and he has a way of being able to make you laugh ‘till it hurts. He also knows what he’s doing in the courtroom.

Aaron took over my case after complications with my first representation and my ex's representation. Even though the case was botched by previous representation, Aaron handled multiple hurdles including Covid, and a few other debacles. I hired Aaron for my custody case in 2019. This was far from your typical case. I lost custody of my daughter several years ago. For the last 5 years I've been getting my life together, and for the last couple years my daughter's (custodial at the time) paternal grandmother was really going down hill in sevetal different aspects of caring for my daughter. I knew it was time to file to get custody back. I was pretty nervous they wouldn't give me custody back, but Aaron made it happen. He was always in contact with me about details of the case, promptly emailed back to answer any of my questions, always showed up on time and was very professional. He was also pretty funny too lol. I highly recommend him if your in need of a lawyer.

I first met Aaron due to being guardian of a child and he represented the child. I was impressed with his professionalism and caring attitude. Due to communication problems with another attorney I asked Aaron to represent my grandson in a child custody case. Since he first came on board, we have gotten a lot further than before! Aaron is very down to earth, respectful and attentive to the needs of his clients. We feel like he genuinely cares and is not just in it for the money.

Aaron represented me for a child custody case. I was very happy with how he treated me so I hired him to represent me in a DUI case as well. Overall was very pleased. He is very kind and did not leave me hanging when I had questions. He made phone calls to get the answers I needed if he did not know. He is super kind and he spoke up for me in court when something was not right. 10/10 recommend!!!

Aaron has now been the appointed attorney for both of my nephews cases. I worked closely with him with first nephew Parker who I know have custody of. He looked out for what was in Parker’s best interest all throughout the case. Always kept me informed and got back to me as quickly as possible. He’s always honest about how he thinks a situation will play out which helps when you are not a true party to the case and just a by standard like I was seeing as I was just the legal guardian at the time. He helped make it possible to put my nephew in a good stable home where he is loved and cared for everyday. I’d definitely recommend him for anyone that is looking for juvenile court help.

I truly believe God sends us the right people, at the right time, for the right reason...Aaron was all that for our case. Our case was difficult, frustrating and emotional, almost devasted from another lawyer’s lack of action, Aaron Misthal jumped in and turned it around! Aaron was always thoroughly prepared and professional, and above all, he is a kind and conscientious person. My only regret is that I didn’t have Aaron handle my divorce case from day one. I actually had two attorneys prior. Both made promises they didn’t come close to keeping and mishandled my case. I mean, one called me by the wrong first name for six weeks. It was like night and day difference when I hired Aaron. I was almost a year and a half into the divorce, with no progress towards an end made whatsoever. He inherited a mess. But even then, he handled my case for less than two months total and helped to get my divorce finalized. Seriously, most attorneys and this system are disheartening, to say the least. Going through a divorce is stressful and difficult. Having a trustworthy and caring attorney made such a huge difference. Plus he’s rational, intelligent, and really good at working with people and within this court system. He’s no miracle worker. It is still unpleasant to go through a divorce, but I’m telling you, it’s 100 times easier to have Aaron as your attorney. You can trust him, both that he cares and also that he knows what he’s doing. I’m very thankful for his help. If you’re going to be going through a divorce, I can’t recommend Aaron enough. This is the attorney you want on your side.

Aaron was awesome. Just before Thanksgiving, we were able to gain custody of a beautiful young lady that has been living with us for the past 5 years.
