Hiring Andrew was the best decision I’ve made. He walked me through the whole process telling what to expect and the outcome we were trying to achieve. Andrew got my OVI reduced to a reckless driving which was the best result that could of happened. He offered his services even after the process if there were any questions. I would recommend him to everyone in a similar situation.

Experiencing a dui ovi situation for the first time was initially very stressful and quite nerve wrecking. From day 1 Mr. Bucher was honest, straightforward and diplomatic in his approach. He demonstrated exactly what needed to be done and what to expect. it required some patience but he was able to get my ovi case dismissed. Cannot thank him enough for that. There are two reasons I am writing this, 1) Andrew is amazing & 2) I found Andrew via reviews. My situation: I was pulled over while visiting friends from out of state, after an eternity of physical tests in the middle of the street and my refusal to submit to a breathalyzer (you are not required to blow) I was charged with an OWI. (FYI Andrew informed me physical sobriety tests are also optional) Finding and working with Andrew: So, At this point I have a pending case out of state and I have no idea what to do. I do a few google searches of DUI defense in Toledo and Andrew keeps popping up, I read a few of his reviews and give him a call. We make an appointment and I explained my situation. He was patient and able to explain the subtle nuances of what we should be aiming for so I would not have to A. Go to trial (particularly important as it would be out of my home state) & B. Lose my license in my home state. First thing he does after our phone meeting is go in for me and negotiated getting my car released, it was unreal. Then we get to work (aka court) Andrew was an amazing help in this confusing time for me. He is well known in the Toledo court system and that goes a long way. He had no problem convincing both the State troopers, the prosecutor and the judge to decrease the charge to something that isn’t a crime in my home state. All in all I couldn’t be happier. Months ago I was pulled over for an OVI. I had one drink at the bar, and was even tested twice on the street. I also took a test at the station where my results were showing a .111. This honestly did surprise me that my result were that high, and to me it did not seem to add up. I was very compliant and polite when dealing with the officers and there were no struggles, or complications during the encounter. The officers were also very polite with me, and were not once rude or impatient with me. I have maintained a clean driving record my entire life, I was incredibly upset, and I really needed a good lawyer. Yes, I did have a drink at the bar, but I was not belligerent, nor intoxicated. I heard about Andrew Bucher from a friend of mine that had hired him for her case and she had nothing but nice things to say about him. The day I called him and explained my story he was very understanding, and honestly made me feel much better. I understood that there were no guarantees of how my case wouldturn out, but I felt like I had made the right choice by hiring him, He worked diligently on my case and had the alcohol charges dropped. I did have to take the three day driver intervention class, which honestly was not so bad. It was very informative and I learned a lot. He knows what he is doing, and you honestly cannot go wrong by hiring him. He was great and well worth the money. I will never put myself in that situation again, but for those of you who are in this situation, I would highly recommend you give Andrew Bucher a call.
