If you're shopping for attorneys, you should just skip this guy in my opinion. There are plenty more attorneys out there that will help you feel more secure about what you're paying them to do and about being protected in a court room.

Recently I got into trouble with the police and received three charges (some of them are pretty serious!) Attorney Boerst was highly recommended by one of my colleagues. We went to a pretrial yesterday (not even a trial) and Attorney Boerst was able to convince the judge to dismiss all three charges! The judge did not even give me a fine or anything!! This is the best outcome I could have ever hoped for. In exchange, I just agreed to plea a minor misdemeanor, which is less serious than a speeding ticket! Furthermore, this minor misdemeanor may be permanently sealed from my record after 1 year and Attorney Boerst has generously agreed to help me to do so!
