I have had a great experience with Molly Ebrahim , I had a very terrrible accident on August of 2018. I had broken femur. Which i was Handicapped for over a year, lost my job.I have had a very difficult time dealing with my life after this accident. I was referred to Molly from one of best people i meet in my life. My husband and I were referred to Chad Tuschman at Williams Declark Tuschman to handle my car accident that occurred in September of 2018 that fractured my spine and severely impacted my life. From the moment we met with Chad, we were immediately put at ease and were told that from that point on, we didn't need to worry anymore because he would handle EVERYTHING, and he did just that and then some! He went above and beyond to ensure that I didn't have any questions about anything, that I would always be able to get in contact with him at all times, that the phone calls from the medical bill collectors would cease and that the collection efforts would only be discussed with him, he made me feel more than 100% comfortable when going through every process of my case, was prompt with all aspects of my case (including settling my case for no less than what I truly deserved), and I could go on and on!! Chad and his firm are truly amazing, hardworking, honest, and the most trustworthy people I have ever met. The level of comfort they provided to me throughout (what would normally be) an otherwise exhausting and overwhelming situation has proven to me why they are so highly rated and has also proven to me that they have truly earned every single award and 5-star rating that they have ever received. I was hit in an auto accident by someone who ran a redlight and t-boned me injuring my head and left shoulder. The other guys insurance Ohio Mutual immediately started lying to me about paying my medical bills, when that started happening I contacted Williams Declark, Tuschman, and spoke with Molly Ebraheim. She fought Ohio Mutual insurance and their attorneys brilliantly, she was a rock star in Mediation and in the end got us a bigger settlement that we had anticipated and even got the other insurance to pay the medical lien. Tuschman not a great lawyer i had a bad experience i wanted to file a lawsuit against a school my son went to he got bullied in got he's elbow fractured while he was at school well he suck us in believing he was gonna represent us but he eventually didnt he was rude n the end i do not recommend him at all this firm only looking for multi million dollar suits or whatever best for there firms interest
