You better call Saul before you call this moron the most unprofessional Lawyer I've ever encoutered or heard about. By any means don't use this guy. All lawyers are paid to lie ,but this guy lies to his clients with no regard. I've chalked up my losses and I'm finding a new attorney to represent me and I most definitely will be reporting him to the bar.

I had set up a meeting with Jeff Simpson to see how things would go and if I would end up using him as my attorney and I should’ve already been off put by the sketchy building but I wasnt going to let that change my mind until I had gotten up to his law office. The receptionist door in the waiting room was closed and there was a bell button to ring which I assumed they would answer after I pressed it 3 times, which they didn’t. So I called his office phone that I could hear ringing from the waiting room and one of his associates says “Jeff, you want me to answer that?” And Jeff answers “nope.” And let’s my phone call ring. So unbelievably unprofessional and EXTREMELY glad I left. Someone would probably be better off with a public defender. All of his reviews are low and now I see why. Would’ve given no stars if I could.

So far he has been very prompt at returning phone calls for me. He almost missed one court date, I called the day before my court date to remind him, if not he wouldn't have not been there, because apparently he never got the message I left a week before, telling of the court date, as a result we had to reschedule for a new court date, as it conflicted with his schedule. On my sentencing he left the court room for another court hearing I believe, leaving me the last person in court room leaving me setting there holding up the judge and ever one else waiting for over 20 mins, I also asked him about a video that pertained to the case, but he kept responding what video?, after the fact I noticed the first line on the police report mentioned the video.

I am very disappointed with Mr. Simpson, I was very concerned about my situation and he assured me it would be okay. He even went as far as saying he would call me every month, that was 5 months ago and I have not heard from him since. If this situation is not settled soon I will be dropping him and getting me a new lawyer to help me get my money back from him.. very disappointed..

As of today, I've met with him once. I have called his office more then a dozen times,and he is never in. NEVER returning calls. I've actually had to call courts myself to find out ANY information. Learning only then my married name at the time was used. NOT my current name. It took time to find my stuff. I have also texted, and called his cell phone. Which orginally he contacted me first with his cell. NOT his office phone. He Originally was OK with me contacting the cell phone, then was irritated that I kept contacting his phone to get any information. It's been months. No court date,and no return calls. I've also called in 3 times to get my money back. STILL NO ANSWER. All I ever get is a receptionist. NEVER THE LAWYER. With how things are going. I'd strongly suggest NOT to use this lawyer. IF you end up using this lawye, do NOT give any money till u get results.

This man is very rude and not helpful at all and does not take in consideration of your problems
