Cubbon & Associates law firm with Jim Yavorcik who represented me gave my case pure dedication and pursued it all the way to The Ohio Supreme Court. Coming from college athletics, preparation and determination are the keys to victory. I give this firm my complete trust and would not hesitate to ask them to represent me in the future!

Stu Cubbon handled a relatively minor traffic accident involving my wife some years ago. Stu Cubbon was referred to us by relation following an auto accident in which we were not cited. We both were severely injured, life flighted and hospitalized. He explored all avenues for reimbursement of our lost wages and expenses while the case proceeded. He explained in detail how things were going to proceed. Throughout the process, Mr. Cubbon continued to meet with us in our home. When the day for mediation came, he remained positive regarding the outcome and gave us extremely good advice. He arranged the settlement and our case was settled in approximately a year after our accident without having to go to court.
