Cynthia in Chuck Boyk's office was the most pleasant to speak with. She made my family feel like we matter and made sure we were heard. Lisa was the same she kept us informed and answered all my questions. Chuck oh my god he was amazing. #1 in my book.

Staff was very attentive to my needs. The politeness of staff and promptness of returning phone calls in a timely manner was phenomenal. Everyone in the office always greets you with a smile, you can even hear them smiling when they answer the phone. It was a great experience to have such knowledgeable people work on my case.

I was referred to Charles Boyk by my mother. When she had her accident they took care of it in a quick affective manner. So when I was injured in a car accident I met with them and I was surprised by how professional but yet down to earth they are. Haley called on a regular basis just to see how I was doing. I have been treated like a human being as opposed to all of these other law firms sending me mail right after my accident. I can truly say I made the best decision going with Charles Boyks law office and I highly recommend them.
