Craig Witherell helped me purchase my house and went through all the details very clearly with me at closing. I trust him implicitly and would highly recommend the firm for any of the services they provide!

we are currently seeking malpractice against this firm. After just getting off the phone with opposing counsel to find out "he did the bare minimum!" "also stating almost a yr he failed to do anything such as depositions nor fact finding! The opposing counsel said" We are unawareof any of my accusations and now in light of it, is working with opposing counsel.. After almost a yr, Taylor new just about nothing on the case in our last phone conference, and when i called him on it he quit! He withdrew from the case leaving us in a serious bind as we are out of town forcing us to look for new council and trying to repeat the entire case. Folks , find another attorney we are going after him through the bar association, he has double billed us, never cc on any of his communications forcing us to call then billing for the call. I have a business in Florida and virginia and have wonderful representations there.. Not in Ohio! Stay as far away from Taylor Ward! or you will be sorry you didnt go somewhere else..We are at a loss for words! can go into other details the last yr has "represented" us!

Jill Hayes is the worst, biased, mediocre family law attorney in town. After many years, awards and accreditation’s you would think her service would be outstanding but it’s not. She is overly priced, doesn’t care to fight for you, isn’t prepared, doesn’t give proper legal advice and doesn’t check the finer details of any agreement. Also watch out for collusion with other attorney’s she may have previously worked with. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere with a truly competent attorney.

I had a great experience with the staff up until I meet the attorney, Taylor Ward. He acted as if I was interrupting something more important. He did not let me tell him the entire story before he made his decision on whether there was a case or not. I ended up speaking with another attorney at a private firm and told him about my experience. He didnt understand why mr ward had such a negative attitude towards the case when he believes it's a case that will be a 100% win.

Worst decision to hire Jill Hayes, never prepared...didnt pay attention to details...please dont waste your time and money and later regret all your life...

Craig updated my contract for brides and grooms to sign when they book my company for their wedding. He was super knowledgeable and helped revise it super fast! He even caught some wording in my previous contract that needed to be changed so I am fully protected. I'm so glad I used Craig and I will definitely use him again!
