Rose Mock has defended me fiercely, yet with grace. I trust her.

I have known Rose for several years now I her law firm has done a trust for me . I have never been put on hold when calling her office or if I was Rose would always call me back.. Stay away from this practice at all costs! The WORST lawyer in our area, possibly the country. Shes does not return calls, she does not keep office hours, she does not assist with paperwork, she shows up to court late and unprepared repetitively and she cusses and throws tempers (tosses her glasses around, acts tough but has no follow through). In 6 months she missed a deadline and accomplished nothing in my case at all, I literally mean nothing! She is so unprofessional that she attempted to tell my new attorney to steer clear of me, but he fortunately knew better based on her reputation at the court house. I hired a new attorney and am further in 2 months than I was 6 months with her, my case is FINALLY progressing and the new attorney is diligently fixing all her mistakes (there were ALOT)! I was advised to contact the bar association by her peers at the courthouse and am actively in a grievance against her. Her assistant Kendra is a joke, calls off all the time, leaves the office unattended and does not relay messages, and then charges for her time talking to you as a "paralegal" when nothing is accomplished. Rose should be disbarred and Kendra should be fired.
