DO NOT use. Jay made guarantees then doesn't follow thru. Doesn't answer calls or emails. Paid retainer fee for divorce then get another bill for almost the same amount. Charges for every call email etc. Doenst care for client. Walks.away without explaining outcome. Done nothing I asked and made me take an offer that I didn't want. I'm going to call channel 2.and 7 newsto investigate his practice I have read the other reviews and it seems to me that all the women arethe ones with the complaints, He had no clue why we were even in court. I'f I could sue him I would. He is only out for the money . Still to this day have questions about my case and still no answers. I am having my case reviewed. I got screwed by him.

They will sell you out. Trade you for bigger cases. If you are in a low law enforcement position. They can trade your case to get two higher ranking cops out of DWIs. So you set 6 months in county. Lose your job. $4000 that you paid this loser. Yada yada. All because of secret dealing with the judge you never get to see. And no one ever even asked you if you did it. No one ever questioned you at all in the case. True story.

Hired Jay after getting referral from a friend, does not communicate well, fights for the other team, charges for every phone call and email. Is not for the client, definitely for lining pockets. Never ever again.
