The fact that Sintsirmas & Mueller answered my call on a Saturday was enough for me to know that this is a company that cared and took immigration seriously. But, their decorum throughout my appointment made me want to write this review. I specifically spoke to Caroline Mueller who not only was very kind, but was also very patient. I asked many questions and she took the time to thoroughly explain and answer every issue I brought up. At one point, I did not have certain information prepared and she waited for me to pull out my laptop and look for the information needed. I never felt rushed nor felt like I was bothering her. My questions were answered & topics were discussed at length to ensure clarity. I feel very relieved and would highly recommend this firm.

Sintsirmas & Mueller Co, was helpful. I went in for a consult regarding my brother who lives in Trinidad and I was able to get answers to my question based on him traveling back to US. Well she was right so far the program has been flawless and she did an impeccable job from start to finish. With her direction and instruction most of the work was completed by her and her staff. Sintsirmas & Mueller Attorneys are very professional and I highly recommend them My case manager Carmen Kluth was very kind and a true pleasure to deal with. Their fee's were reasonable and actually best in Ohio they guided me through the whole process and kept me very informed of the steps and walked me through everything. I felt very at ease with them handling my case. Attorney spyridon sintsirmas was extremely helpful with my difficult case and I was able to call him any time of day and night They helped me successfully receive my work permit and I couldn't be more happy and pleased with their firm.
