I will be forever grateful to help Dan and his staff gave to me during a family emergency. It truly felt like they put everything else on hold to put our needs first. Dan was very compassionate and patient with us and really took the time (and phone calls!) to explain and go over everything with us in a timely manner and in a way that we understood what was happening. Dan went well above and beyond to help us through a very difficult and emotional time for us, and his help is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend him for any legal needs.

save your money not good for criminal. Made me feel i would lose no matter what if i fought the case. The deal he received for me was not even that good. I regret taking advice from this lawyer.

I called in with a problem that we had short amount of time to find out our legal rights Mr Gigiano was prompt and quick to advise us and then follow up with us to right before our meeting in more details and was spot on with his advise and how he seen things going

I have never had the need for a lawyer and so glad a had found Dan. He helped me with a messy traffic violation. Dan explained the steps he needed to take and my options. Dan met with the prosecutor and the result was the best solution for my situation and a win. Dan is a very knowledgeable and patient man. I never thought I’d need a lawyer and if I ever do again I will call Dan.
