Josh is very professional, understanding and great to work with!

JM Sells Law was awesome in they're help with our tax issue. They were very professional and communicated completely through the whole process. They help settle our liability due to my mistakes in 5 years of doing our tax returns myself. Never again. I will always use a professional. Thank you the whole team. Most communication was with Bradley on day to day things with a couple meetings with Josh himself. Great group of people. Thank You for all your help!

I cannot in good conscious recommend Josh or his firm. Their communication is lacking, Josh is only professional when you are a new potential client. And he actually left me in a worse position that when I hired him with IRS and he knows it and knows the service was lacking especially the communication and refused to issue refund so I can actually hire someone to help. His ego is apparently more important than the well being of his clients as he cannot admit when he makes mistakes. I tried and tried to reason with him but he refused. Don’t believe the BBB A+Rating either as they refuse to take a complaint on him because they say he is professionally licensed and I need to make a bar complaint. Honestly, I didn’t want to hurt him or his business at all but his ego refused to do the right thing. Money over clients and service! Now I am left struggling to find someone to fix this! Sad really! Reply to reply- you know for a fact that there is nothing false about anything in my review. You did put me in a horrible situation and you continue to fail to admit the mistakes made or attempt to correct those mistakes like you have been given multiple opportunities to do so. You may have cared for other clients, but I can assure everyone that was not the case with me. If you truly cared this would have been resolved when you were given the opportunity to do so but instead you accuse people of posting false information that continues to show you cannot admit you made mistakes! Business and people are allowed to make mistakes but it is their response to the mistakes which truly shows their character.

Today I got the news that my IRS tax issues are behind me. Working with Joshua was a pleasure. Everyone that I spoke with(Brad and Joshua) were extremely professional, responsive, and considerate. With a tax savings of over $27k, J. M. Sells, Ltd, would be my choice if you are looking for a tax attorney!!

They do a great job and makes taxes much more simple then I excepted. They do what they say there going to do !
