The best lawyer and staff! Excellent response time, staff courteous and helpful, Michael is stellar!!!!

Mike has been appointed the guardian ad litem several times for my custody court cases. He worked many hours over several years to ensure he understood the situation and to get the best outcome for my daughter and son. He built relationships with them gain trust and worked with their counselor to maintain my kids relationship with and ensure the counselor did not need to testify in court. He was patient and understand with all parties but pushed when appropriate.

Atty Michael Babyak was appointed guardian ad liten for my granddaughter. The Magistrate had choose him because he is very thorough And Truly has the best interest of the child in mind. Grandparents have very little rights but because of Michael and my attorney I was able to come to an agreement for my granddaughter to live with me. My granddaughter also has a lot of respect for Michael. As a retired Police Chief I have tremendous amount of trust in Michael. He is our family attorney because of our trust in him.
