Hired this attorney to work on an appeal I filed for a case that my other incompetent attorney botched.
He has absolutely no grasp on appellate law or practices to the point that simple procedural errors were and are consistently being made. What a waste of money.

Charles is wonderful, needing an attorney is never a good thing however he is down to earth and personable and actually cares about doing the right thing. His assistant Gabby is marvelous. I can't say enough about her, she returned all my calls and message and actually cared. If I ever need legal assistance again these two will be my first call.
