Above and beyond what I expected from an attorney.

We talked twice regarding probate service, and a third time wherein I relayed that we were chose him and asked for retainer/agreement. Mr. Keating got our contact information and said the documents would be sent. They never were drafted and sent. 9 days went by so I contacted his office, and was informed that the paralegal was on vacation but they were working on the documents. We never received them, were not contacted and thus wasted over 2 weeks time getting the probate underway with a different attorney.
