Dana Gillibrand goes above and beyond what is expected of her she is a great advocate for families. She is always on top of your case always knows what's going on

I called and the lawyer was vary rude on the phone.

Kyle is so rude. He speaks to you like you’re stupid, and apparently doesn’t realize how dumb it makes him sound. He is incredibly unprofessional; seems to be, or at least acts like he is, incompetent at understanding basic things, and he acts better than you because he is a lawyer. I honestly would not recommend any one ever speaking to him. If he represents this law firm I would suggest that you go elsewhere.

Kyle is one of the most disrespectful humans I've ever done business with. He treats you like dirt and talks to people terrible. I'm not sure how he is still in business in a community of this size.

We have tried for 2 days to contact the attorney on my daughters little girls case and both times the man of the firm answered and basically told us that he pretty much doubted that the female attorney would even contact us back. Well I may not have had 8 to 12 years of college or passed a bar exam but I do know this much if a young person would call me if I were an attorney whos never been through a custody battle or even got to experience there child's first fill year of life I would certainly be a little more caring and understanding in the matter and try to listen better to the person especially when you don't know their side of the story in the first place . But I did find this out if a person calls in to an attorneys office and they're ask if they have an attorney and they tell you no I do not I am representing myself in this case a normal knowledgeable attorney would know that they should at least as them being the dependent and representing their self they should be allowed to at least be transferred to the voice-mail of the pkantiffs attorney and they should be able to leave a message with that attorney stating that they are representing theirs elf in this matter and that anything dealing with this case should be discussed with them and only them unless otherwise stated by the defendant because if a person chooses and feels they can defend their self in a court of law then thats their God given right and the plantiffs attorney has to acknowledge that and not hesitate to release information or anything pertaining to his or her case dealing with the minor child and the plantiffs attorney also must treat defendant as if they were an actual representative in which they would be in this case and understand that they are representing their self and feel confident in doing so. Therefore when I had my daughter call in today for the second time and again the rude secretary which was a man or other attorney for this law firm was asking my daughter questions and like I said earlier on she's young and never been through this before but when she ask me questions and had it on speaker and ask me to explain to him what and how she was dealing with the case and why she was calling in as soon as she handed me the phone and she clearly stated here mom explain to him exactly what I am calling in for and doing he strait hung up the phone on me and also when I called in yesterday to talk to the other attorney for my daughter she wasn't available and he made it very clear to me that more than likely she wouldn't be calling us back. So if a defendant like I said before is acting as their own attorney and representing theirself then how is it fair to that defendant whos doing so to not get acknowledged in this case or spoken to or evidence and facts on the case not even gone over with the defendant how is this considered a fair and just trial for the defendant cause its not so the person who does answer this phone needs to realize that the defendant does have right to represent theirs elf and plantiffs attorney has to willingly discuss the case with them as if they were the attorney so instead of being rude and hateful maybe they need to retake the bar exam or better yet read up on the laws and rules and revised codes if they don't realize that a person can represent theirself and be more professional hanging up on someone is definitely not very business like thanks

I have known the Gillilands for a number of years but only recently became involved with them on a professional basis and it has been a very positive experience.
