If you need a hard fighting law firm lampe law is who you want on your side. Hanna was over my case and was always there to answer questions and give advice. She avoided dragging the case out and went the fastest route to accomplish what our end goal in the case was and we ended up getting exactly what we wanted. I couldn't be more thankful that I had her on my side.

I called Frost Brown Todd law firm just making inquiries on their services. Although, they work for corporations from what I was told, I thank the parallel or office worker for returning my call. She was very professional and courteous and that was the end of the story. 😃

My fiancé worked with Hanna Haddad in the last year for a child support and custody case. He was wanting to look into child support as it is very high and he lives paycheck to paycheck. He paid for Hanna to file a subpoena of his ex’s income. Never heard anything back but was told not to try and change the support. So he didn’t. But now I’m wondering if she even filed the subpoena… that we heard nothing about… Also - He was wanting to get shared parenting. There were text messages where him and his ex argued in the past. Hanna told us with arguing there was no way he would get joint custody or shared parenting so just to stick to non custodial. So we didn’t fight for that either… I understand her points, but to not try for ANY changes is just so discouraging as so much money went into this all for nothing. All that Hanna Haddad did for us was get a parenting plan that we were already following…in writing. That is it…. we did not “fight” for anything because he was discouraged he would lose. I wish we had his ex’s income information from Hanna that she supposedly filed for yet we heard nothing. I don’t understand if he paid extra to get that info why we were never told her income or anything about it. Instead she just said ah it’s not worth fighting support it’s correct as it is. (Meanwhile the original child support was based off off 0 time with the child while in reality it’s split about 60/40)(Ohio takes parenting time into support calculation) On the bright side, I will say, if you are a female or mother, maybe Hanna Haddad will put in more effort for you. If you're a male… she’ll likely tell you the mother going to win not even worth fighting support or time. Thank you for your time. I hope this helps someone decide whether or not to choose Hanna for their child support / custody cases. A very lazy lawyer for men in my opinion. We started with and ended with the same since we were discouraged the whole time. So now we will be going back to court. New lawyer. Someone that tells us we can! Not to give up :/

Tom Sapinsley is an experienced domestic relations attorney. He has represented both my husband and me with our respective ex-spouses since 2018. He is artful in negotiations, exhaustive in depositions, and phenomenal orator in the courtroom. Tom's hourly rate is comparable to his colleagues; however Tom's reputation and pride precludes him from filing frivolous motions, wasting the court's time and client's money. In the beginning, he challenged and reduced me to tears, but his style prepared me well for depositions and cross examination. During court, Tom pivots quickly, strategically capitalizing off of something that elevates (or repairs) his client's case. Tom is not a laissez-faire attorney. He presents the most compelling evidence and witnesses in any order he needs to prove his client's case. On a personal note, Tom has singlehandedly restored my confidence and value. If you're engaged in mediation or litigation with someone whose taken that away from you in the past, Tom will revive it for you. Thank you, sir!

Very trustworthy and very compassionate towards clients.

THOMAS S. SAPINSLEY is very unprofessional. I was required to appear as a witness for his case and was never called upon. I work third shift and was stuck at court ALL day. Had to leave work early, money lost. Didn't get ANY sleep and he intentionally took witnesses out of order. He wastes everyone's time and is very unknowledgeable in a lot of aspects. Would not recommend unless you're trying to rack up yours and your opponents bill.
