Eric represented me in a divorce and did ok. But when I continued to use him for a civil litigation case he was not experienced in this area of law. Even after I expressed my fear and concern by the way or lack of way he was handing my case his only response was I'm just going to go and win the case..... Well he did just the opposite the case was a disaster I provided him with key evidence that would have caused the case to go in my favor but he NEVER presented it. I had to hire another attorney who after reading the court documents agreed that he failed to adequately represent me. This is wrong and his only response to me was good luck.
