Working with Stefanie N Brunemann was expensive with low value for the money. Similar to other reviews looks like Stefanie is not prepared to work on family law cases. Noticed that she wasn't able to internalized key details of my divorce process and in several occasions responded without compassion our empathy as client / attorney relation. I paid the price for my freedom by accepting a high spousal support as suggested by my attorney which reviewing with other attorneys I could have get a better deal. Now is water under the bridge. However, I would never ever recommend the firm or Stefanie Brunemann to anyone and I wish more people would take the time to share reviews

Brad and Courtney have always been so helpful and kind. They are truly passionate about their work and it shows in the way they treat their clients.

I have known Brad for a very long time not only as my personal attorney, but also as a defense attorney when I was a police detective. There is no one that I know that will work harder to protect your rights than Brad and his wife. This is a professional firm that I trust wholeheartedly and recommend entirely.

I was referenced here by my sister who used Brad to finish up some paperwork after she used another attorney for most of their case. I am a single father taking care of a child with a breathing tube. Custody is never easy stuff but I truly felt that Brad never took the time to look into my case. Spend over 4000 dollars in his office only to be communicating with his front desk lady before just retaining another attorney. When I asked them to stop working on my case immediately, I have decided to go with other counsel. I asked them to please not do anymore work. That same day I recieved a bill for the work done that day which was the fastest response time I had ever seen. I felt like Brad works well on other cases(death row, domestic abuse maybe) but at the end of my last meeting with brad I felt extremely taken advantage of by him. I have retained Vicki Richmond and have used 700 dollars of my current retainer to feel in extremely safe hands. I am currently collecting intrest on a 300 DOLLAR BILL THAT WAS BILLED TO ME AFTER I SAID PLEASE STOP WORKING ON MY CASE from Brad's office. When I asked for the proof of emails and work done after I asked their team to stop working on my case, I only get sent a bill. Should I hire another attorney for this bill? It's outrageous My last meeting with Brad took place at his office and cost around 1000 dollars... No medical records were pulled No questions for the mother.... ON THE PHONE THE WHOLE TIME TEXTING..... WOW AMAZING!!! The owner contacted me shortly after this post was made. It was a nice experience to have with an owner that cares about her service to the community. I have edited and retract where I spoke that the owner was not working but in fact was working a full case load herself and was in office daily.(I was confused, I was wrong) Maybe I should I have contacted the owner of the firm with my issues before seeking other guidance. Courtney did a great job with my case a few years ago. Now returning with Brad. He's been quite the trooper dealing with my daughter and her case.

Terrible service. Basic dissolution paperwork was incorrect and forced opposing attorney to highlight 'basic' errors. Received very little feedback and guidance...led to a bad resolution. I would NOT recommend their services.

I have hired Stefanie for my divorce case in 2015. She seemed intelligent and genuine but I noticed that she was advising me to make decisions that seemed to be in my ex wife’s favor. I continued to take her legal advice as I did not want to negatively impact the case that she was “supposedly building”. Four months later during the first court appearance, less than 10 minutes from the start time, I was surprised that she was making a deal with the opposing attorney on the amount of temporary spousal support that I have to pay and pushing me to accept a large amount for the temporary spousal support (6 months later still paying that now). She made a deal based on few minutes of exchanging information with the opposing attorney, which seemed very sketchy. I took her advice and agreed to the high monthly spousal support amount as I thought she was helping me make the best decision for my case, level of income and my wife’s income. To make things worse, when the trial started, the opposing attorney requested that I pay the income tax obligation on the spousal support and Stefanie advised me that I basically have no choice and that I needed to accept. Needless to say I accepted under tremendous pressure and the court documented the order. I called Stefanie after the court, telling her that I was not prepared for that decision and asked her to explain the rationale behind this large spousal support amount given our incomes and expenses (mine and the wife). Her response was “You make too much money” and was very defensive. She did not provide any details as to how she came to the figure. I was feeling horrible after the trial and started asking around and talked to few attorneys to get a second opinion. I found that I should have not accepted to pay the tax obligation on the temp spousal support. Also, she did not prepare me for the spousal support negotiations or even mention it was a possibility before the trial. As a result of this, I terminated Stefanie’s services I hired another attorney who used to be a divorce judge for years. I believe that she was feeling compassionate with my wife because she did not have the level of income that I have and did not have any consideration that I have two children (from my previous marriage) that I solely support. I would not hire her again. She was dominated by the opposing attorney who was also a female but had many more years of experience. The opposing attorney was aggressive and Stefanie was in a defense mode. I believe in equal everything when it comes to male/female but Stefanie seemed to be more compassionate with women.

Rebecca is an amazing, caring, an all around wonderful person!!! There are not enough kind words in the English dictionary to describe this woman! She always has the child's best interest at heart and she has an extremely big heart for the children. She goes above and beyond the call of duty especially if children are involved. As I previously stated, she is all about what is best for the children. Love Rebecca to death! She's a very hard worker and gets the job done quickly! She's amazing and an all around outstanding lady!!!!

I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for a family planning consultation with Amanda Burgess. I arrived 5 minutes early at 4:25 and was told Amanda would "be right back." After sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes with various lawyers walking right past me without saying a word, I stood up and walked out. No sign of Amanda. Then at 4:50 I got a call asking where I was. I let them know I had left and she said "oh, you couldn't wait?" I could have as I had planned on an hour long meeting, but if you don't acknowledge me and show up 20 minutes late to the first consultation, I can't imagine how the rest of the experience will go. Disappointed.

I cannot begin to express my tremendous gratitude for the overarching, consistent guidance and support provided me by Courtney, Michelle and staff, while trudging through the otherwise difficult and all-consuming divorce process! Their commitment to timely communication paired with an outstanding level of personalized attention, is very refreshing! I am very grateful, having been referred by a friend (former client of Courtney's) and would not hesitate to pay the referral forward to anyone in need of superb legal counsel! Forever Grateful
