I came to WSM after my divorce was finalized to help me with a custody dispute. I wish I had been working with them from the beginning. Natalie was like a breath of fresh air after my previous lawyer. From our first meeting I knew she would stand up and fight for me. She was the first person to take my concerns seriously and really listen. She made me feel supported and answered every one of my questions in a timely manner. When all was said and done I feel like I got the best possible resolution that I could have. I truly appreciate her hard work and support.

edit: Their response below is a lie, these people are liars, if you want to hire a liar, these are your people. Natalie McGee is a practitioner of the "silver bullet method." This is all you need to know about her and her practice. When she says she, "loves zealously advocating for women" what she means is she is willing to lie for the benefit of her clients. She means that without evidence or history she is happy to make up stores to help her clients. Natalie, if you are reading this, you are a scum bag you deserve to be disbarred for your utter lack of ethics. Hari, if you are reading this, your are just as bad as her for supporting such a monster. If you are looking for liars for hire, this is the team for you! If you have a single moral bone in your body, find an attorney not so "zealously" eger to lie.

I was going through a bitter custody dispute when I reached out to WSM, and from the day I had my first meeting with them, I knew I was in the best possible hands. I was proven right again and again while working with them. Natalie was a fierce advocate: she was understanding and generously kind to me, a tough and strategic negotiator with my opposing party, and so incredibly knowledgeable and level-headed throughout the process. WSM's passion for helping women shows in everything they do. I hope to never have to go through anything like this again, but if I do, I already know who I would call. Thank you to Natalie, Hari, and Katie, for everything. My kids and I are doing great, and I don't think I'd be saying that if it weren't for you.

As a successful and professional woman, I want to warn other women dealing with a lying narcissist spouse - this is NOT the firm for you. They started out strong and appeared to be an aggressive advocate for abused women. However, this firm is the OPPOSITE of aggressive, organized, or truthful. I had to fire them days before my divorce pre-trial due to their lack of follow-up, communication, and preparation. I begged for a strategic meeting and they never had time. I had to tell them where to look for hidden assets (which they did not do). When I confronted them with facts on their inaccuracies and false statements - they retaliated with unprofessional and rude responses to myself and opposing counsel. Very disappointing. Hopefully this team will reflect and learn that zero empathy; extreme arrogance; lack of detail orientation; no organization; and inability to communicate effectively or timely makes clients fire them.

To women getting a divorce: I cannot recommend Hari Sathappan and Woodford Sathappan McGee highly enough. Hari was recommended to me by an attorney at a different law firm, and I am deeply grateful for it. I was so frustrated with the lawyer I had retained months prior. From the first time I spoke to Hari, I was aware of how radically different my case was going to be handled. He was not only incredibly thorough during the consultation, he also exudes self confidence and savoir-faire, which felt highly reassuring to me. But the crucial difference in my experience as a client of Hari’s versus my former lawyer was his responsiveness and attention to detail and communication. He kept me meticulously informed and “in the loop” during the entire process. He answered my emails over the weekend instead of waiting till Monday. He also answered texts in a very timely manner. Hari came in late in the game for my Mom's divorce. Our family appreciated how responsive he has been in his communication, responding quickly when we have had concerns. We also appreciated his out of the box thinking when things were challenging. Overall would recommend Hari for any divorce needs!
