It took a lot of research to find Einstein Law but it was so worth the prior grief and aggravation. I had worked with two attorneys that I finally declined using their services any further. Divorce is difficult enough but when you do not get return phone calls or answers to your questions then it is time to move on. I paid for a few consultations to get a feel for where I needed to go. In the end, I met with Dianne Einstein. I felt a professional rapport and calmness which was greatly appreciated. Plus they have cute dog(s) in the office which we all know help keep stress at a lower level! I explained what my goal was which I was told by another attorney was not a good idea, no explanation given. Simply being, no support checks, just a lump sum settlement. I believe the spouses could do with out the constant reminder of a failed marriage. She agreed that was the way to go taking my situation into consideration. Also, look up DivorceCare. It is valuable resource to go to these weekly meetings for 3 months to learn and share and make new friendships with people who are experiencing the same grief. Life will get better. HIGHLY recommended! I worked with Dianne, and can't thank her (and Joan!) enough for their patience, kindness, and most of all the clarity of process while navigating my divorce. The famed Albert Einstein was a physicist and genius. He does not work here. We retained the services of an associate at this firm for a very simple matter and discovered that after an inordinate amount of time and money, simple matters are handled only somewhat skillfully. The billing process, which is often key to managing professional services, failed completely. A conclusion in our matter was reached after an unreasonable length of time, which had itself opened the door to other questions that required attention at additional and otherwise unnecessary expense.

Amazing! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to represent me than Einstein Law. It was my first time ever hiring a lawyer and Dianne and her team made it so easy for me. It can be scary having to get a lawyer when you are dealing with a divorce or custody battle but there is no one I trust more than Dianne Einstein. Lawyers can be costly but not with Dianne. She won’t do anything that is unnecessary and she won’t make a big move without running it by you. Diane assisted me with an employer who was actually retaliating against me for reporting something against an executive. When I decided I had had enough Diane played a big role in getting a severance package and the right to unemployment for me.
