The Einstein Law Firm was recommended to me by a friend who was going through a divorce. I'm so thankful I followed through with her recommendation. Despite my ex-husband being extremely disrespectful to her, she continued helping me in a professional manner. She was caring, helpful and looked beyond all the challenges from my husband to help me get past a marriage that had fallen apart after over 50 years.

Megan was awesome!! She was very professional easy to work with making the process so easy and painless!! I will use her again if a situation should arise again.

The initial consultation was very helpful. I lived in a separate state from my ex and attorney and so communication was done via phone and email. When we met in person at the court, she sat outside instead of sitting with me in the meeting room we had. She never asked for details or my story (which might be confused with emotional-professional separation from client) and never fully understood the details of my case. She showed no interest in learning. She was interested in getting to the divorce decree quickly with little regard for protecting my interests which ended up costing me thousands in lost assets. Temporary orders are not temporary. If you ask difficult questions or call something into question, she will offer, after you have paid, to withdraw as your attorney in a kind of "I will take my ball and go home" arrogance. If you want a quick settlement with little regard for fairness in division of assets, I would highly recommend her.

After my previous attorney was ineffective, I was referred to her firm by my a colleague of my mother-in-law for a custody case. From the outset, Megan was caring yet to the point, and she fought to get a good outcome. She got the best reasonable results I could have hoped for, and I look forward to retaining her again in the future if we need to go back to court.

Megan is not only a fantastic lawyer with great working knowledge of family law she's also really, really good at translating that into every day life. She was always readily available when I needed advice or even just handholding since custody and divorce can be an incredibly emotional time. What really clinched it for me at the end of the day is her zero judgement approach - she offered me knowledge and her best legal advice but at the end of the day she was completely supportive of whatever direction I wanted us to go. Still very new in the divorce process with the firm but so far I've been pretty pleased. After the initial consultation with Megan Beyland I felt better informed of my rights as a father. Megan made me feel confident that she was going to do everything she could to help me. They're not out to get your money and will do what they can to save you money. I went to Megan the first week of June with the papers I received from my ex husband wanting a divorce. His demands were long. She took my case and by the end of the month I was divorced and not a single thing he asked for was granted. In fact, I was awarded what I had asked for.
