I hired Chad when I was charged with DUI in 2015. He was more than thorough in helping me understand my options and making sure I was prepared and I knew what to expect at every turn. Chad was very accessible at all times and more than fair in his dealings. I had a wacky case that took forever. Chad never lost his patience with my indecision throughout the process, and in the end things turned out just the way he said they would. He got my charges reduced to a physical control which was a much lesser charge and a big relief to me.

Chad Hemminger was recommended to me from a friend when I was charged with a DUI. My job was at risk with a DUI on my record considering I have my CDL. Chad was honest with best and worst case scenarios, and what we needed to accomplish in the courtroom. With Chad’s hard work and attention to detail, I ended up with the best case scenario and was able to keep my job. Mr. Hemminger was professional, responsive, and knowledgable. He represented me in a speeding ticket, personally handling my case and taking the time to understand the situation. He was thorough in explaining my options and how the speeding ticket process worked in Ohio. He took care of all aspect of the case from the scheduling to negotiations. The case went to trial where he did an excellent job in the court room objecting to the opposing side's testimony and argument. He is very down to earth, has lots of energy, and clearly enjoys what he does. It was a privilege to work with him and I would highly recommend Mr. Hemminger to anyone looking for an attorney to represent them.

Chad returned my call on a Sunday, coming home from vacation. I had been pulled over the night before coming home from a night out and charged with an OMVI. Chad was able to talk through the situation with me and calm my nerves. He was able to find many flaws with the tape and came up with, what I thought were, very strong arguments in my defense. I let Chad know what I was hoping to get out of this case and that I was prepared to go to trial, if needed. His fee structure is set up that one payment is everything pre-trial and another payment was made for the trial if it was needed. Chad negotiated an offer with the prosecutor prior to the suppression hearing that ensured my initial wishes were met. He could have made more money if we agreed to a trial, but he was trustworthy enough to explain where I stood, and that the offer I was getting was solid and was most likely my best avenue. I was impressed that he was able to remember every detail of my case. It may not sound like a huge deal to some, but I talked to a few people who had attorney's that had a hard time remembering who they were, let alone their case. He is a very down to earth guy that is very helpful and understanding.

Chad helped me get points reduced with a speeding ticket even though I have a not so great driving record. I would recommend Chad to anyone he was very helpful and knowledgable throught the whole process.

Chad provides excellent service, and did a great job of representing me for a traffic ticket issue. I was facing a large fine and possible license suspension, and Chad got it all worked out for a small fine, and no points on my license. I couldn't be more satisfied, and will use Chad for any future incidents. I will and do often recommend him to my friends and family for all of their legal needs as well.
