We hired this lawyer to process our dv lottery which was very time sensitive. However, this lawyer ended up sending our papers to the wrong USCIS office before he went on a vacation, which ended being one of the crucial reasons as to why our case lost. I cannot comment on his expertise with regards to other types of cases he handles; however, when it comes to immigration i would say avoid this individual unless you want a one way trip back to your home country....

If he is anything, he is not an immigration lawyer at all! We lost our case because of his lack of knowledge about current laws and filing papers. Our case is a very time sensitive and all our paperwork needed to be filed within a certain timeframe. However, he filed our paperwork to the wrong location and and he went on vacation!! He didn’t follow up our case and as a result we lost it. I really regret working with him and trusting him with our case.
