Tom Robenalt should be nominated as Attorney of the Year. And let us not forget Lauren and Tiffany as the Best Assistants and Office Staff ever!!! Mr. Robenalt took the wrongful death case of my Father that another firm what not even look at. Mr. Robenalt along with his staff kept me informed every step of the way and always got back to me when I had a question. This was a tough case to win but he came through with flying colors after month's of negotiations. When and if anyone asks me if I could recommend at good Attorney, the name of Thomas D. I had an appointment with Atty. Robenalt, the appointment was cancelled due to a family emergency on his part. The problem is no one from his office thought it would be a good idea to cancel our appointment. I found out he was out due to the emergency because I sent an email confirming our appointment. Now I completely understand emergencies, so I rescheduled an appointment with him. He was suppose to be here at 3pm today, here it is 3:25 pm and not so much as a phone call from him. Would I hire Atty. Robenalt? that would be a resounding NO. If he can't keep a simple client appointment what's going to happen when he has to court?

Tom took an insurance claim case based in NY during a time when major insurance companies and banks, as a whole, were in turmoil (2008). The case was based on contingency.
