When bad things happen, and they unfortunately do, who and how it’s dealt with can either add to your grief/sorrow or relieve it . My wife and I’s path was steered toward Justin, and he walked us down it in a very calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring way. We hope to never need services such as his in the future, but would certainly search nowhere else if they we’re needed.

Justin Gould recently represented me in a accident case. I found Mr. Gould to be very personable, respectful and extremely knowledgeable. We should have followed our instincts! Justin did not failed on his promises and lied to us on a number of occasions. Repeatedly he said he was working diligently on our case, only to find out months later he hadn't even collected insurance or hospital documentation that he had said he had done. The documentation that WE sent him, got lost, misplaced, not received.... When the settlement time came, we again felt VERY mislead.

Justin took the time to clearly explain the process. He made himself available via work phone, e-mail, & his cell phone to answer all of my questions. When I left a message he returned my calls in a timely manner. He also agreed to meet me closer to where I lived so I wouldn't have to drive to his downtown Cleveland office. I used Justin's services for a car accident that I was not at fault. Not only did I get a fair settlement on the replacement value of my vehicle but Justin worked hard at getting me the maximum amount that the other driver was insured for my injuries. He then suggested there was another way to possibly gain more money from my car insurance if I carried under insured on my policy. This was something I was unaware of on my policy. He went to bat again with my insurance provider & I received quite a bit more additional money in the final settlement. Another helpful thing Justin did was to get all of my medical bills greatly reduced. He took the time to call each individual medical provider. The medical bills were paid from my settlement thru his office. Which made it so easy for me. Justin made everything so simple for me and always asked if I was in agreement with what he was going to do next. I was awarded a way above average settlement because of all of Justin's efforts. I have handled my own car accidents that I was not at fault, on my own in the past. I will never do that again! I will be retaining Justin Gould again if ever the need arises! I truly appreciate all his efforts & hard work on my case!
