I went to the consultation and he spoke as if he could definitely help me out. I paid the retainer and then had ZERO contact from him until a month later. I attempted to email, call, and visit their office which was an hour from my house. My new lawyer contacted them to get the case files and ask for a refund. They obliged immediately.

i hired jay crook for a drug traffic case i was facing looking at 10 felonys and 2 misdemeanors had a maximum sentence of 21 years over my head in the end he negotiatied it down to 3 felonys did 90 days in jail with a few years of probation this lawyer is the best and knows what he is doing if your in trouble i highly recommend this lawyer

We went thru a very long, ugly legal battle fight trying to get custody of one of my siblings children. Jay was the G.A.L. I truly can't imagine having a better person on our side! Jay was very informative every step of the way. He kept us posted the entire time. He let us know what to expect, good and bad. He presented details in a matter of fact way, even though I wish he would have sugar-coated the truth at times. His function was to be there for the protection of the child and he was, at all times! There were so many times during this ugly ordeal that I was afraid of the outcome. I had never dealt with the County before and l hope to never deal with that worthless system again. The only shining light in the midst of all the ugliness was Jay. I would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone in the same situation! He was incredible!

Very poor lawyer. Lied to me and did not follow through. He said he was contacting the appropriate people but when I checked up they had never talked to him. I would NEVER use him again.
