I was involved in a car accident in January of this year. The other person had absolutely no insurance and their home was foreclosed. I was out of work since my job is lyft and had a totaled car. I called Richard a few days after the accident to set up an appointment. When I arrived at the appointment he had already started my case! He was always on top of everything and worked quick. He explained everything perfectly so that I could understand everything from a legal standpoint. Richard far exceeded any outcome I could of imagined and got me a check that is worth more than the totaled car was! He was always very courteous and always available. He lifted a huge weight off of my shoulders and handled everything amazingly. He fought for me and got me way more than I was expecting. Richard is always ahead of the game, courteous, knows his stuff and ends with fantastic results. I highly recommend Richard! He cares about his clients.

Mr. Vadnal consulted with my husband and I regarding an assault case that took place at Kmart Store in Mentor, OH. Kmart is now out of business in Mentor OH.
