Mr. Perez is THE lawyer you want defending you if you have criminal charges against you. Just his name alone intimidates and strikes fear in the Cuyahoga and Lake County courts. He has a lot of experience and has a heart of gold. The other reviews that gave him a one star rating are most likely cops who got their overzealous charges dropped against people they wanted to intimidate, who were represented by Mr. Perez. This man is a beast in the courtroom and is worth every penny. He’s got your back and you can count on him to be on top of your case, and with his knowledge and over three decades long experience, you will walk away with minimal damage inflicted upon your life and your name. Mr. Perez is seriously the best and exactly who you need defending you.

Rick was excellent money well spent... I was Falsely accused of three counts Kiddy Rape indicted with absolutely no physical evidence and solely on the statement given to the police from so called victim.. There was zero investigation performed by the sheriff department to back up The accusations totally just took her word for gold and began to humiliate Me and ruin my good name.. Rick and his cocounsel Hector Martinez are amazing to watch at work. Rick has a way of Questioning witnesses like nothing I have ever seen . Rick for many years has also said on the other side of the court room as a prosecuting attorney for the city of Willoughby my personal opinion gives him a great advantage from his experience as a prosecutor while acting as a criminal defense attorney he is well respected and his name is well known throughout the state I wouldn’t go to trial Without him and/or Hector Martinez his cocounsel in my corner these men cleared my name and brought forth cold hard facts that told the jury the truth about Alleged accusations

He charged me an arm and a leg up front. Got to court and did not even know the names of the people on the prosecution side and called them by wrong name in court. Did not subpoena witnesses that would have helped. Did not meet with defense witnesses. I lost due to his incompetence.
