I hired Mr. Kakish in 2017 for a DUI/DWI issue that I needed a lawyer to take care of. At first he was on the money and assured me everything would be fine; however, all that changed once his legal advice did not pan out the way he thought it would. The case was in Wadsworth, OH. So not only did I have to pay a hefty fine and jail and still lost my license, I paid him about the same amount for basically nothing. I would not recommend him at all. If 0 was an option, I’d give him that

Jeff did an outstanding job with what was a complex situation for me (passing through Ohio moving from one state to another). Jeff kept me in the loop while I living out of state and was a total straight shooter while alleviating a lot of my panicked concerns with a first (and last) offence. I couldn't be happier with the work and results Jeffrey got for my case. He is a certified expert on all the test concerning ovi's, very knowledgeable of the medical feild and of course the law and how it works. Very nice guy and great to work with. Came to my house to go over everything and he even drove me to the court house the day of my trial. He got my ovi reduced down to physical control and got me driving privileges which let me keep my job and get my son back and forth from school. One Saturday night this past year I made the worst mistake of my life. Just when I thought I was ok to go home after just a few drinks. The worst situation happened I was pulled over and you know what happens after that. The next day I was concerned about my status of my job. Jeff was an excellent lawyer to work with. I had a problem speeding before and got a speeding ticket on the freeway. It was the third offense this year and my points were getting up there so I was in a bind. Jeff was able to make it a non-moving violation which saved me years of headaches. What a guy! I had gotten an OVI, not proud of it but I have 4. I was looking at prison time Jeff worked his magic and my felony OVI got reduced to a misdemeanor. I ended up getting 48 hours of community service and a fine. Absolute incredible lawyer!

I was in Ohio on business and got charged with an OVI. I did the field sobriety test (failed) and breathalyzer (failed at .102). I flew back to Florida (where I live) and left my case up to Jeff Kakish and Pat Quinn. 38 days after I was arrested, the charge was reduced, and I was off the hook. Jeff & Patt are the absolute best option, period. If you hire anyone else, you are gambling...and I wouldn't gamble with something this important.

Jeff was fantastic helped me through step by step. Got my Ovi knocked down and suspension taken off just paid fine. He and Pat are amazing short version...dress nice show up on time and let them take care of everything. You wont be disappointed.

Jeff was such a great attorney! This was my first time needing a lawyer of any kind and he was very helpful. Jeff did a good job of explaining everything I needed to know and what to expect for each court date. He was available any time I needed and was always very nice. He was able to get my charge down more than I thought was possible and I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need.
