He was hired to represent my husband after he was arrested for domestic violence, and aggravated menacing. He was able to get those charges dismissed for a no contest plea to a single charge of assault. He was facing up to a year in jail, and up to $2,000 in fines. He ended up getting 180 days suspended for time served (about 3 weeks), a $150 fine, and 6 months probation. I think it went about as well as it could have gone.
