Best move I made with my VA claims. Was letting them f8le my claim.

1. I tried to pursue representation in Parkersburg, West Virginia but ran into several road blocks so i researched Counsel in Ohio to find Lawyers for Vets 2. I selected Lawyers for Vets based on Internet Reviews from other veterans 3. Although my issues are far from resolved, I have had one Issue granted by the VA based on the report compiled by Lawyers for American Vets and another remanded for further review. But i don't believe i could have gotten this far on my own. 4. Specific outcomes that resulted from Lawyers for American Vets intervention is that i now have 1 Appeal Granted and 1 appeal remanded. But since both appeals were initiated at the same time (2017) i am told by the VA that i have to wait until a decision has been made on all appeals before any compensation is given. 5. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the lack of attorney / client interaction, if i want to know anything about the course of my case i have to initiate the call either by calling Lawyers for Vets or the VA directly

They have been really helpful with getting my claims documents organized and submitted. I have gotten a couple of increases since I have become a client. I hav no complaints.

It's makes having a lawyer at your back more then affordable since I paid nothing up front and it was taking away from military backpack instead.

Great people who really care!

I was able to get help with lawyers for American Vets and get a higher rating. The veterans service officer working for Columbus area was not helpful . The VSO in Columbus didn’t seem to care and when I talk to other veterans at work about getting help from the VSO in Columbus they just gave up because of the hassle of dealing with them . I have a higher rating because of the support from lawyers for American Vets , My appeal’s were successful .
