Bobbie Okeefe was excellent. She talked with me about my situation and was able to provide a resolution and alternatives with least amount of conflict. She and her Paralegal Susan were always there to answer any questions and Bobbie was there thru the final resolution. She is knowledgable and unafraid to be your advocate.

Susan and Bobbie are the absolute best. Bobbie was referred to me by a client of hers. I was with another lawyer who was not seeing my concerns, and i felt as if he was seeing me as just “another check,” to be honest. I cant say enough how Tony helped me in my desperate financial situation being on disability. He dug deep nto the details that doctors sent and really fought for me. Some doctors I had were very good-providing solid detail. Other doctors were very bad with their reporting. Tony saw through the inaccurate conclusions, their inconsistancies and hung onto the doctors conclusions that provided solid reporting with medical and testing support. I can not thank Tony enough. He is very rational in his approach and his analysis of documents from doctors. My recommendation for anyone on disability going through the diagnosis process....make sure that you receive a hard copy of every doctor's conclusions in person "immediately* after any appointments for diagnosis. Do not wait to get the documentation when you file a lawsuit. There were major details that were not reported accurately from doctors (reason for stopping service from specific providers, also their next step for recommendations for diagnosis). To my surprise, one practice's report blatantly contradicted what they told me in person! Seeing the report was the last thing I expected. That is why Tony is here and does what he does. Thank you!

When everyone else turned down my case, Attorney MERRY took the case on. I look forward to a favorable result.
