Brian Lusardi provided excellent service, he answered all my questions promptly and efficiently and made sure I understood everything that was happening as the case went on, he has stayed in touch after the case checking in on our family and on going issues. He took our case very serious and got us the results that we wanted and made sure we knew exactly what to do and what to expect. He will be my attorney for any future needs, I won’t use anyone else! Brian Lusardi is the absolute best! We retained him for a juvenile case a few years back that he handled with such professionalism and so-aggressively represented our interests; so, when we were faced with yet another juvenile/ custody case last year, I was in his office immediately! It’s been a long year of a pretty intense custody dispute so there were many times I didn’t even know how he was dealing with me BUT he always found a way to reassure me and explain each step of the process and next-steps in straight-forward and uncomplicated detail! I am thankful for his patience with me- it’s all too easy to get on an emotional tangent when dealing with issues involving one’s children and the stress of it all can be debilitating and exhausting! In dealing with issues involving my children, it is important to me to have an attorney that is: a) aggressive in the court room, b) extensively knowledgeable with a unique perspective (Brian noticed/caught things that, especially in my heightened emotional state, I would have not even noticed at all!), and c) straight-forward, honest; Brian checks all the boxes and more! My custody case is now resolved and *drum roll please* WE WON custody of my 2 children!!! I absolutely hope I don’t have any more custody issues (or any other court issues for that matter) but if anything ever arises again, I will definitely go straight to Mr. Lusardi! In both of the cases that Brian handled, both were won!! I seriously can’t thank Brian enough for everything he has done and how hard he’s worked for my family! I 100% highly recommend!!
