Said they couldn't take my case because there was a conflict of interest but couldn't tell me why. Then I received a letter saying the were understaffed and overloaded with clients. No explanation on why there was a conflict of interest.

Helped me with my bankruptcy but after gave me no accurate info on when I would get credit cards offers or didnt explain when my credit score would go up very rude attorney I got of course.

Terrible unethical & Judged. They don't care & make it very hard to get help, its hard enough bringing yourself to ask. If your not in their circles or you have a case manager. They make it very heard.. They also turned me down when I ask for a case manager for the 1st time with them. Sad very sad
