I had a squater living in my vacant apartment. She would not leave until forced to by a judge. The court told me I had to place all of her personal belongings on the curb for her to get. I was not allowed to donate or throw away anything. I paid a company $250 to place everything from the apartment on the curb. The city removed everything withing 2 days and sent me a demand for $500. Attorney Olin did a great job in contacting the city attorney and representing me and the great lose I had already incured with damage and expense with this unauthorized occupant. He informed the city I had done as I was told and was in the process of having everything remaining removed by another company for far less the city cost. He arranged a compromise of my paying the city $250. Attorney Olin was great on keeping me informed to the progress and the solution of this very stressful situation. I am very greatful for all the help he gave me to get this whole situation behind me.
