Atty. Hartwig handled setting up our family trust, from beginning to end. He made the whole process easy to understand and efficient. Each time I had a question, he responded personally and immediately. His assistant Simonne is also excellent and kept in touch with us by phone and email at each step. Great interactions, great advice, and lovely lawyer and staff to work with. We'll certainly turn to him for any future legal needs.

Never looked into everything before my sentencing date kept telling me I wasnt going to jail then on the day of sentencing said oh hey we have a problem then the judge gave me 6 months in county he just strung me along and told me what I wanted to hear.

I went to Mr. Kivlighan with a charge against me. I called him and he answered the phone the first try himself. Didn't have to jump through hoops. Everything was set up quickly and professionally. He went to court for me and my charge was amended to a better result than I could have hoped for. He prevented me so much headache that I am very grateful for. From the very first time I met with mr. Hartwig until the last I was very confident that I had the right lawyer. He was very professional and knows the law very well. We met several times during my case and always kept me informed and on the same page. He informed me of what needed to be done for the best outcome so I did as suggested and was very pleased with the outcome.
