I had a squater living in my vacatnt apartment. She would not leave until forced to by a judge. The ciurt told me I had to place ant of her personal belongings left on the cub for her to to get. I was not allowed to donate of throw away anything. I paid a company $250 to place everything fomr the apartment on the curb. The city removed everything withing 2 days and sent me a demand for $500. Attorney Olin did a great job in contacting the city attorney and representing me and the great lose I had already incured with damage and expense with this unauthorized occupant, He informed the city I had done as I was told and was in the process of having everything remaining removed by another company for far less the city cost. He arranged a compromise of my paying the city $250. Attorney Olin was great on keeping me informed to the progress and the solution of this very stressful situation. He said he would get it reduced down to a disorderly conduct and was able to on the charge do feel the cpc was stretched out longer then it should of been though.
