Attorney James help my family through one of the darkest times in our lives. We had been with two other Attorneys with no resolution, lots of money waisted, and Family Court not changing anything on the original ruling. When we had our first meeting with Stacy, I knew that we had finally found the right Attorney for our case. Prior Attorneys just got us through the court dates not helping with the actual case. We never felt heard or that the children were humans with feelings. Our case was a mess before finding Attorney James, that became more complicated after retaining Attorney James. The feeling of having someone listen and understand what we were going through, gave us the ability to keep going forward till the end. I can say that, every court hearing, we knew Stacey was ready, and that gave us confidence. Not having that experience with our prior Attorneys, it is a very good feeling having an Attorney like Stacey by your side. Very professional and worth every penny! I was happy with her services during my first divorce so I hired her for my second divorce. This one is a lot more complicated, but Stacey has been up to the challenge. She also helped my girlfriend through some of her legal challenges. We usually do not associate honest with attorneys, but Stacey was very honest when things came up outside her normal scope of practice. When that happened, she gave us outstanding references. She seems like she honestly cares for the outcome of our situations. When things changed in our cases, she was on it! She kept us informed at every turn and every update. Attorneys are like hospitals: none of us want to be in a situation where we need them, but we're glad they exist when we do. Stacey and her assistant have been amazing during my legal issues. Attorney Rankin and his assistant Deborah are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and got me through a very stressful case. I may owe them for therapy as well. Attorney Rankin has the knowledge to get you the outcome you want, I cannot recommend him enough.

this person was a judge in my small claims case and he never even read the small claims case filing description. I certainly don't call that justice when the judge doesn't know what the case is about. I believe the judge new the defendant and should have excused him self from the case. once the defendant agreed to the settlement i was asking for he didn't even give me a chance to talk. This was an uninsured motor case. This judge also had NO ideal what the Ohio STATE LAW is. He never should have even heard the case. THIS PERSON SHOULD BE DISBARRED AND NEVER BE ALLOWED IN A COURT ROOM AGAIN. HE KEEPS ERASING MY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, I HAVE ENTERED MANY NEGATIVE COMMENTS, BUT HE KEEPS ERASING THEM. HE PROBABLY HAS HAD 100'S OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS THAT HE KEEPS ERASING. I will keep entering my experience ever day until I get justice out of this case. HE SHOULD BE DISBARRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He was not qualified to hear this case, because he does not know what the state law is. With the number of uninsured motor accident happening in this county maybe one day he will actually read the law. It is printed on the back of the State car registration. Hopefully he will be disbarred very soon.

I had Stacy as an attorney back in 2012-13. She was very mousy. Did not fight or speak up for me when the other side were being slanderous. NEVER said a word. Would not recommend. But then again she was court appointed maybe that's the difference. If you pay her real money she'll fight for you.

I paid 2500.00 for my granddaughter custody or visitation. Last day of court I was put on the witness stand and had no legal representation to guide me I received nothing no visitation nothing no attorney to represent me on last day of court.
