Very good ....for the people

Very happy with my interactions with this firm, they did a great job and made sure I understood everything, I always had plenty time to provide information, they are quick with return emails and phone calls, very friendly and helpful. I will be back for any other work I may need in the future.

Attorney Zellar was very kind, upfront, and totally honest with us. She gave us a warm feeling the minute we met her, and have total confidence in her.

Great law firm! My mom used them to get her will completed, then months later my brother and me used them to run her home through probate court. I believe my brother next is going to have his estate planned with them. They made the estate planning for my mom and probate process go very easily. Crystal the senior attorney has over 30 years of experience plus her father was an attorney so she knows what she's doing. She got a great business mind but she is also really sweet and caring. Shelley is a little newer but she's very efficient and prompt responding to any questions I had along the way. Patty is super patient and professional. They always pick up the phone which is huge, and do their best to take the weight of the process off the customers shoulders. The only comment I have is the billing is done in what I think is a confusing way. Instead of a fixed flat rate they bill by work completed. This leaves open the possibility that the bill could be higher then whats anticipated. This is what happened in our case by a small amount. They do provide a detailed break down but its difficult for the individual to keep track of everything. They did work with me on any discrepancies and provided explanations. I do think most law firms bill in this way too. Overall despite the circumstances its been a great experience.They dealt with me at the lowest point of my life after losing the center of my world, my mother. Since then my family has under gone additional life shaking events. It would have been nearly impossible for me to do this alone, plus I live out of state which would have complicated matters. My experience was bumpy at times and I was not always a ball of sunshine to deal with but they got me through it and I'm happy to be moving on now. I would recommend them to anyone needing to ease the burden of probate, will, etc. They will be sure to do a great job.

Crystal is very very competent. I know that I had a rough way after my husband passed away and she was very caring and empathetic. I highly recommend her. She does not overcharge at all. I am very pleased.
