Kind, considerate, honest and professional! I appreciated always hearing the most likely outcome even if it wasn’t what I wished. He took everything into consideration and always made sure I was aware of all possible outcomes. Will be using Ben for anything else I may need in the future.

I would like to take just a moment to share my experience with my attorney Ben Whitacre I had an unfortunate incident. I had no idea how to handle it, Ben took me under his wing so to speak and resolved my problem to a very satisfactory level. I would recommend him very very highly. It only lets me do five stars I wish I could give 10. He made it a personal experience and stuck by my side the entire way. I would have hated to went on this journey alone thank you again Ben you're very knowledgeable in your field and we appreciate it.
