Best law firm I have ever used. Lacey took a stagnant three year old case and pulled it across the finish line. She has expert knowledge of mineral rights. She kept us informed of the case status and kept expenses to a minimum.

Super unhappy with this attorney getting a Mineral Deed filed after a Transfer on Death Affidavit. A mistake in paperwork from the notary - that went unnoticed by the attorney - is leading to unreasonable delays in getting $ from the oil operators. For reference, Ms Egbert was contacted April 24 and as of June 7 deeds still haven't been transferred. Anticipating another month (and payment period) at least.

Ms. Egbert's firm helped me out last year with a quiet title suit. Apparently there was problem with the title that we never knew about (land had been in the family for years). Huge relief to get that taken care of, glad they were there to help.

I've used Hartsfield and Egbert for numerous DOTOs. I have always been extremely impressed with the responsiveness, work quality, and attention to detail. They are a small firm but growing quickly in the OKC oil and gas arena. I won't take my business anywhere else.

I had a relative pass away in California but he owned mineral rights throughout Oklahoma. The California probate did not cover of the property he owned in Oklahoma. As you can imagine, this was extremely stressful but I called Lacey and she helped me get his mineral rights probated here in Oklahoma. She made the whole process very simple and always got back to me when I had a question.
