Stipe & Belote Law Office is top notch. Im normally not even one to write a review however I know it does help people that were in my shoes not knowing who to hire after my accident. Mr. James Belote cared about my case and we came out with the best outcome possible in my case. He worked hard for me and what I respect about James the most is he is a straight up honest guy who will work hard and get you the best deal possible.

These lawyers are amazing and deserve the title Super Lawyers. Even though I was not able to bring my case to court they still did research and gave me Good Counsel all without cost. I really appreciate what they've done for me and I highly recommend them

During my year of contact with this lawfirm I received care that was second to none. Mr. Stipe was always professional and courteous, answering any questions that could have come to mind. If Mr. Stipe was unavailable, I knew I would still be helped through whatever was needed by Taylor or Terry. It was great to have someone that could deal with the insurance and medical. I loved that I could call his office and be able to speak to him or Crystal. They speak to you like a human and explain things to you clearly not leaving you in the dark. I would hope I wouldn't need them again but if I did I would definitely use them again.

It definitely took a load off of me to have James handling my claim for me. The day after the accident, the at fault guy's insurance started hassling me and trying to belittle the pain I was in and threatening me about not paying if I continued to use the accident medical facility I was using. This was of course adding stress to my already painful situation. My husband and I had a long discussion about calling a lawyer or not. Finally we did and I am so glad we did. I've never used a lawyer before for anything, but one of the first things he told me was that I needed to just concentrate on getting better and letting him handle everything else. What a burden lifted! The caring attitude wasn't just a front; it lasted the whole year through my physical therapy and the settling process. I know we wouldn't have gotten near the settlement that we did get by the piddly amount she was trying to rush us to take the year before. Thank you so much James!!! 🙂

We used Stipe and Belote for my husband's accident. James and Crystal were very knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable knowing my husband's case was in their hands. They were always attentive, answering every question we had promptly via email, phone or text. It's so obvious James actually cares about his clients as individuals. He is quite compassionate.
