You are not aware, until in the midst of it, divorce with children is a long, drawn out affair. Ashton was a great attorney to have in my corner throughout the process. If you are looking for a cut-throat shark attorney, who slings mud and fights dirty, Ashton (or anyone at The Handley Law Center) is not the one for you. Ashton is fair, reasonable, and genuinely cares about your best interests. He is not about revenge and punishment, but rather a custody agreement that’s best for your children, fair division of debts/assets, and standing up for you when/if the other attorney IS a shark. He also doesn’t waste your money with a bunch of unnecessary paperwork. Divorce is expensive, but he tries to minimize your costs as much as possible, while still doing a thorough job. I would definitely recommend Ashton Handley to be your divorce attorney.

Mr. Handley did a great job handling two separate property damage cases for me. In both, Ashton was able to quickly take care of getting me reimbursed for damages to an automobile and to a residence in separate incidents, after both insurance companies denied responsibility. He was even able to get them to pay my legal fees in both cases.

When I first met Fletcher Handley at a Primerus conference, being from Minnesota and Fletcher from the South, I thought that I would be meeting and talking to someone like Thurston Howell, III. I was thinking: “Why on earth would anyone from Oklahoma with a name like ‘Fletcher’ even talk to me even though each of our firms were invited and accepted into The International Society of Primerus Law Firms? I had no idea that we indeed shared a common bond in our compassion for justice. It did not take me very long to learn to love this man as a person and as a great trial lawyer. Fletcher’s greatest attribute is not his exemplary legal mind, nor his surgical trial skills. His greatest attribute is his compassion and empathy for his fellow human travelers on this planet. You see it in his smile, his eyes and his passion for his clients. I would always trust Fletcher and The Handley Law Center to provide the highest level of professional service to its clients.

Fletcher D. Handley, Jr. is a top notch attorney that was awarded the Primerus Lifetime Achievement Award. Not only has he served his clients loyally but his country as well as a member of the U.S. Navy and the Army JAG Corps. In 2008 he was elected as an Oklahoma Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honor reserved to less than 1% of all attorneys. Although awards can tell a lot about a man it is the hard work and determination that Fletcher puts into each case that makes him a great lawyer in my opinion. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone that needs a personal injury attorney.
