We needed help with an executor of my mothers estate who was not performing as the trust dictated. The executor failed to provide reports and status updates. Monies from sale of property and the estate sale were not distributed to the surviving heirs. This law office was not responsive to our concerns and accused us of harassment when we would inquire via email. Actually her staff was quite inept at even managing email conversations which were necessary due to logistics
