From all I can see with the reviews some are good and some are bad and I’d rate the business an average but what I did that helped my own business was that I got rid of false reviews to maintain good reputation and velvetfrost89(at)gmail,com was the one who helped with getting rid of unwanted negative or nasty reviews

Mr. Ball is very professional, and empathetic. He helped me through a very difficult time and was able to have the court reward everything I was entitled to. I highly endorse Mr. Ball.

David was prompt with getting back in touch. I am pleased with how he handled business concerning our legal matters. I would definitely recommend him for your legal matters.

Worst attourney out there. I highly recommend you hire someone else. He doesn’t return email or phone calls. Does not care about you or your case in the slightest way. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

After paying this attorney $4,500.00 for my divorce. I had no idea he was in the middle of a legal battle for driving under the influence. He was disbarred in the middle of my case.He did not even have the common courtesy to let anyone know. He just disappeared with everyone's money and everything. A true human piece of junk. If you ever see this man doing anything run away as fast as can. He is a thief and a coward.

He is a horrible attorney! I would not even give him ONE star!! He does not meet, return calls or any other communication! The only time you get to talk to him, if your lucky and have time, is in court room before the judge comes in. People is lined up trying to speak with him. He does not want to hear your half of the story,, he has all he needs to know via arrest/court records (was told that by one of his assistants; and he had many in that year)The judge tells you to communicate with your attorney and when you try to tell him that you have been trying with no success,, you get in trouble. He lies to your face, anyway mine. He skips out on you and your court dates.. that happened several times! He goes along with the courts! If you want an attorney to represent and give you legal advice.. this is NOT HIM!!!

Had false accusations made against me hired Jason seemed ligit had evidence proving I was innocent he told me to plea guilty and we would come back to get it straightened out so I listened wrong move he did nothing more than expected my money and now I find out he got disbarred in July and never said a word he wasted a year of my life and ruined any chances I had a reconciliation with my loved one if there was a negative 5 stars it wouldn't be enough

I selected Jason Smith based on his reviews, Missed two hearings which got me in trouble with Judge. In a subsequent hearing, the Judge introduced me to Jason--so he withdrew as my attorney. Stlll trying to get retainer back,

Will take your money and do nothing for your cases. Will tell you to write a good Google review so others go to him. Would not recommend wasted 6 grand for him to do nothing but give me the run around for a year.

Started out great. Then things took a turn. Took forever answering simple questions. Was told to call office, call office and was told they had to ask Jason. Never received calls back. Been months and I still have no divorce decree. Will not give straight answers to my questions. Been months since asking for my paperwork, was told it was apparently lost. Been months since asking for itemized bill, was told paperwork could not be found.
