He stated he has a signed contract between him an me and my ex wife yet i have no legal authority pertaing to the case at hand he is just another thief if a law practice.

Jason David Smith is extremely knowledgeable, and got my issues resolved as quickly as he could, especially considering all the chaos the Covid-19 pandemic caused in the court system. I was severely injured, in a wheelchair, and he graciously appeared on my behalf to spare me the pain. He or Mary always kept in contact with me throughout the case, and David would answer any questions I had, even at night or on weekends. If I’d hired a big city attorney, I would have most likely paid triple for a less desirable outcome. Thank you so much David! I have no idea how Mr Smith conduct his law office other than the fact that he has a public Outreach. Need cares for animals and donates animal feed as far as cats and dogs that I know for sure two people that are in need..... I think that's very awesome thank you mr. Jason Smith is an attorney who I would RECOMMEND to everyone! He communicates well, works hard to get cases resolved to your satisfaction, returns calls with answers, and his rates are great, too! He reviewed my son's case, beforehand, and when he called us, he already had a plan to get the charges dismissed. Jason, repeatedly, talked to the prosecutor on my son's behalf and was finally successful after never backing down! When I first called Jason, he made me feel as though we already knew each other. I had a fairly urgent family situation that became even more dire over a weekend. Not only did he return a frantic call I made, but he worked on a Sunday night to be prepared for an emergency hearing the next morning. And of which we were successful in winning.
