A worthless attorney. does nothing but prolong court dates without taking any action. Have had 7 court dates over a year and all but two have been continues from previous court dates. Gave the man 10,000 just to say that before the last court date he want another 25,000 before he'll do anything what about the 10k I gace you for nothing

Terrible representation, wouldnt let me present my evidence in court. Winston said $2500 up front on a handshake is all it would take. Sent me a bill for $1100 more . My problem resolved itself without any court action. Winston wanted to stretch everything out as far as he could . Do not reccomend him. Highly overrated. HE DID NOT GIVE ME THE CHANCE TO SHOW THE JUDGE MY EVIDENCE I HAD TO PROVE A FRIVOLOUS ORDER OF PROTECTION. HE DID NOT HELP ME AT ALL. NO STAR RATING.
